The 1:1 sessions you will see here below are all devoted to the path returning home to the seat of your soul. They are initiations, invitations, pathways back inside. We work on a multi-dimensional level, connecting body, mind, heart and soul, creating space for what feels forgotten, silenced, compartmentalized, to be listened to and woven back into the inherent wholeness that is your true nature. We allow your system to rest and create space for a deeper voice within you to flourish, for the visions of your soul to be received and offered., we move, shake, breath, dance our prayers and grief out to crack the shell of who we are open and restore our true sovereignty.
At the core of my work is the belief that there is an essence within us that is untamed and wild and loved, a flame of aliveness that is unique to each one and that is longing to be welcomed back and expressed. This essence might be buried under strata of beliefs, intergenerational hurt, trauma, and yet, with the right support and journey, we can have access to this voice within us once again.
Body & psyche are the wild territories that we will journey through. The body being the home we often feel exiled from and that yearns for our return, the place of stored memories, where we meet the past and future in the eternal present and psyche being the place where our imaginal world lives in, where we can have access to the wellspring of visions that are ready to be birthed and expressed and act as compasses for the journey ahead. These are not separate. They are interwoven.​ Only language creates separation. Yet when we enter the realm of felt sense, everything is woven back together.

SOUL MENTORSHIP

A transformative container that will invite you to journey in the landscape of your body-soul. This will be a space for you to safely connect to the longing of your heart, to attune to the luminosity of your presence and allow that deeper song within you to find expression, whilst meeting the exiled, outcasted place within, the shame, fear and grief , letting them speak to you and becoming your allies. It is an invitation to shed, remember, release and be witnessed. These sessions invite you in a deeper conversation with the more subtle layers of you, we practice observing patterns and stories, exploring what it might mean to create space, to soften, to let your body and heart unwind, to move and awaken, so that more of you can emerge to the surface and be expressed. Often the sessions feel like proper journeys of descent. We might arrive heartbroken, lost, confused and we are asked to be undone in order to be reborn again. We surrender all that we thought we were in order to become who we truly are and live the soul-centered, life we desire.

This two part ritual and meeting includes the reading of your own astrological soul map, also called birth chart, and an integration call to see what tools and practices might support you in walking in deeper alignment with the energies, archetypes and purposes that your soul came here to learn, explore, expand into and remember. We will look at possibilities, edge places, patterns and myths. The sessions will combine soul oriented, evolutionary astrology with intuitive reading and archetypal psychology. This reading is an opportunity for you to deepen your understanding of yourself and your life path with the support of the stars and your souls connection to them.
